Ready to make your quilting easier and more precise? Join us for a fun and hands-on class where you’ll learn to use Stripology® Rulers to cut and trim your blocks with accuracy. We’ll cover everything from perfecting your seam allowances to getting those blocks squared up just right. Whether you’re new to quilting or have been at it for a while, you’ll walk away with some great tips and tricks to help your quilts turn out perfectly every time. Techniques covered in this class: Students will use Stripology® Rulers in the construction of the quilt, to cut and trim blocks. Students will learn skills needed for accurate cutting, seam allowance, pressing and squaring-up blocks.
What do the students need to bring to class:
-Required: Stripology Quickies book, where the Frankie pattern can be found
-Fabric cut for quilt based on pattern requirements found in the Stripology Quickies book
-Stripology® Squared or Stripology® XL Ruler
-GEasy Ruler Stickers
-Rotary Cutter and cutting mat
-Small Project iron and mat (Optional)
-Sewing machine in good working condition along with thread, scissors, pins, etc. (Don't forget your foot pedal and power cord.)
The studio opens 30 minutes early on class days. Please arrive early to set up your
workstation so the class can begin promptly at the scheduled start time.

| Instructor Bio: | I've been creating with fabric my entire life. From sewing with my mom, to High School sewing classes to a degree in Clothing and Textiles, I’ve always enjoyed sewing. I’ve been quilting for over 40 years and Stripologizing for almost 10 years. I always use the Stripology® Rulers first because of their accuracy and efficiency in any quilting project. I look forward to sharing with you all things Stripology® and the GEasy way - it will change the way you quilt. |
